About the Beta-Pi Chapter

Since its founding in 1902, the Beta-Pi Chapter has embodied the tenets of Kappa Sigma on the campus of Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA.  Through its commitment to the fraternity's four pillars, the chapter has cultivated an enriching membership experience for its brothers and contributed to campus life on whole.  By merging the fraternity's values with Dickinson's distinctive approach to a liberal arts education, the Beta-Pi Chapter is uniquely poised to be a leader within Dickinson's limestone walls and within the Kappa Sigma Fraternity, and its brothers are instilled with these missions throughout their lives.

From social events and intramural sports, to lifelong friendships, Kappa Sigma offers true brotherhood for life.

The chapter provides countless leadership opportunities to its members, and prepares them to take an active role on campus and beyond.

Kappa Sigma recognizes that its members are students first and foremost, and maintains high academic standards, while providing the support and incentives they need to succeed.

Beta-Pi is devoted to helping others and bettering the Carlisle community with major events, ongoing projects, and individual initiatives.
